Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and phone number
- Order details: delivery address, items bought, payment method chosen and order history
- Vendor details: business name, contact information and listings, for vendor accounts
- Technical data needed to run and secure the site
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: the vendor fulfilling your order, the courier delivering it, and the service providers that host our platform and process payments. We also share information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, and only staff who need access to run the marketplace can see it. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Your choices
You can view and edit your profile and addresses in your account, unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and ask us to delete your account. Some order records must be kept for accounting and tax purposes.
