By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account.

All prices are in Zambian Kwacha and include the VAT rate shown at checkout. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund the order.

Payment is arranged after confirmation using the method you selected: Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Goods remain ours until paid for in full.

Vendors are independent sellers. They must list accurately, hold the stock they advertise, honour applicable warranties and dispatch on time. We verify vendors before approval and may suspend or remove a store that breaks these terms.

Do not list counterfeit or stolen goods, misuse other people's accounts, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability.

We are responsible for running the marketplace, not for a vendor's independent conduct. Nothing here limits rights you have under Zambian consumer law.
