Shipping policy

• Standard, 3–5 working days: K250
• Express, 1–2 working days: standard charge plus K625
• Same-day inside Lusaka: standard charge plus K1,000

Charges are always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you confirm.

Standard delivery is free on orders over K12,500.

We deliver nationwide. Same-day delivery is limited to Lusaka; deliveries to remote districts may take one or two days longer than the quoted window.

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You can follow progress from your account or the Track Order page, and our team will call the number on the order before delivery.

If nobody is available, our courier will attempt contact and reschedule once. After a second failed attempt the order returns to us and we contact you to arrange collection or a new delivery.
